Today the previous high score of 214 put up by 118, 16, & 3490 was passed.

At the East Kentwood District Event, the 2nd alliance of 3357, 2771, & 4409 put up 221 points. there was no defense being played but that being said, it still stands as the high score.

Having seen 3357 in person, and 2771 on the Walker Warren livestream, I can vouch that they are very impressive Michigan teams this year. You guys are insane, and this high score without fouls shows it!

The same alliance also had the exciting follow up of a match scoring 213 points. It was a very exciting day for The COMETS, Code Red, and Ground Zero!

The playoff rounds at East Kentwood were fantastic. Congratulations to all teams. This particular match was absolutely wild to see in-person.

while it wasnt that match, I was amazed at the amount of climbs we received this weekend due to what i would call careless defense. i think 3357 was awarded for sure 2 maybe as many as 4 climbs over the duration of the weekend.
