Also we're using 4in Colson wheels rather than the tractions in the assembly

Are you mounting a rail on each side to support the bumpers at least 6" from each corner?

Consider changing some of the shaft collars for shafts with internal threads then bolts to hold parts on. If you can tap those shafts, it'll save you some money.

What is there in terms of increasing rigidity? Don't get me wrong, I love VersaFrame, but are you adding a belly pan or something of the like?
