Scoring Clarification
Alright, so I have a question that has probably been speculated. If you are in the neutral zone but your robot is touching the launchpad line, can you shoot into the boiler or will those shots be null if you aren't completely inside of the launchpad?

G23. Shoot FUEL from your own LAUNCHPAD. A ROBOT may only LAUNCH FUEL while in their LAUNCHPAD(i.e. at least breaking the plane of the line with BUMPERS).
