We are having trouble figuring out how to connect cimcoder cables to the Talon SRX data port. Any ideas (besides using a breakout board)?
Thanks! |

Re: Cimcoders and Talons
Maybe some more detail could help, but have you checked out the SRX User Manual and page 17?

Re: Cimcoders and Talons
Note that pull-up resistors are required. See the CIMCoder data sheet. Our team just recently built a wire using the included CIMCoder wire, a TalonSRX breakout board and the resistors.
I would highly recommend the breakout board for the TalonSRX. They help quite a bit and make it easy to attach a variety of sensors to the Talon. |
