How to confirm install of Labview WPI capabilities?

I have installed LabView and the FRC Update Suite 2017.0.0 but I am unable to find any WPI / FIRST functions within LabView. I expected to find a WPI Library under the "Functions Palette" but I do not see anything obviously FIRST-related in the palette and searching for "WPI" reveals nothing. (see image below)

The update seemed to install properly. Am I looking in the wrong palette? Is there a template or other dependency from which I need to begin? Are there additional file(s) that I need to download and install?

Re: How to confirm install of Labview WPI capabilities?

Look under Help for the About FIRST Robotics Competition Software... choice.
That popup should show Software Update 2017.0.0

Do you get the FRC Getting Started window when you first start LabVIEW (first image below)?
Where you choose an FRC Robot or Dashboard project?

Both of the above come from the Update. They won't exist if only the basic LabVIEW is installed.

The FRC palette in the Block Diagram will look like the second attached image, unless you have a different view selected.
