Appoint a student as chairmans submitted???

Hello,

My adult mentor is in his account as we can figure out how to appoint a team member as the one to submit chairmans in STIMS. I can't find any directions online for how to do this! Does anyone know? Thank you!

After the lead contact logs in and goes to their dashboard, have them go to "Manage Youth Members and Roster", then click on the link to the left to see the "Full Roster", and then next to the student names is a box to designate two students to be "Awards Submitter". I've attached some screenshots if it helps.
