Shipping

I was just reading up on the drayage info on the FIRST website, and noticed this on page 20.

Quote:
Canada: Because freight service is not offered within Canada, FedEx is not able to provide the donation of shipments Intra-Canada (within Canada.).
Last year Fed Ex offered us the free shipping and Fed Ex is still operating within canada so i am a little confused what FIRST means by this.

Another thing on the bottom of page 20 is the fact that Midwest Conference Services is the designated Drayage company EXCEPT SBPLI Long Island Regional. And is says to refer to the Long Island event section of the site. Yet I just looked on the site and the info was nowhere to be found. Also FIRST has put out this http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/2003/kickoffpreview.htm site about the kick off and the game.

Interesting...

y = ax(2) + bx + c

Is featured in that article on www.usfirst.org that Brett W posted a link to, which so happens to be the equation for a parabola....

I think SBPLI isn't included because FESTO handles drayage for that event for free, and their very, very close to the event site.

That's what someone told me, anyway
