Seeing over the "wall"

At the start of the match there will be a wall of bins right in the center of the field (someone please post the height of each of the seven stacks) that will be 5 bins high I believe in some places. This is on top of a couple feet of platform. So, it will be hard for drivers to see over or around it for what the robots are doing before the wall is taken down. Can we have a spotter standing near the opposite alliance station yelling back the status to us?

The human player will be standing in a small area to the side of the actual field, it might be plausable to have them either yell or signal (hands) to the drivers/coach.

I would imagine that it is near impossible to see over, unless that is you are a 10 foot tall giant. I dont see this as a problem... Odds are that at least 1 or more bots' will be programmed to crash into the wall, knocking over the boxes, and allowing operators to see through

Actually, the rules state that after the player crate moving stage or whatever it's called the players on the mats have to go behind the control booth with their alliance members. But yes, just wait for someone to knock down the wall.

The platform is 2 feet off the ground, on each side it covers 5'-11" feet from the ground, then increases to 7'-3" feet on each side.. then in the middle there are 3 columns covering 8'-7" from the ground.

Place your attention entirely on my voice and try to ignore all the others. It is important to be able to focus on a single source of information while blocking out all the other things competing for your attention.
