The SMC (5) port (2) position, double solenoid valve assembly consists of the following components:
- Main valve body with double solenoid pilot operators - Valve sub-base - Gasket - (2) screws - (2) electrical connectors (The SMC portion of the kit includes (2) valve assemblies) To assemble the valve: 1) Insert screws in through holes of main valve body 2) Align gasket onto bottom of valve 3) Align and install valve body onto valve sub-base tightening screws evenly 4) Attach solenoid electrical connectors Fittings and tubing will be connected in the following manner: P-port = Supply pressure A-port = Cylinder B-port = Cylinder EA-port = A port exhaust EB-port = B port exhaust Air supply pressure must be a minimum of 15psi in order to properly shift the internal spool of the valve. |
