What exactly are you asking? Are you trying to lock it in low or high gear? Is that what you are talking about?

how do you eliminate the problem of the bosch drill motor slipping out of the back of the motor cradle?

on the bakc of the mount, the motor part where the brusjes are, it is not pinching well in the cradle, this causes the motor to silp out..how do you fix?

Stop the motor from Falling out
We never had this problem but we did have a problem with the drill motor being too loose in the cradle. We reorientated it such that the electrical leads are on the top and the bottom if you lie the unit flat on a table. This helped to wedge it in there. Also make sure that you securely fasten the rings that fit over the top of the unit. This should prevent accidental loss of any drill motors.
