How much do those suckers weigh and what type of chain is that!!!! Looks pretty heavy gauge (if thats the right word) to me!!

Those treads go through the mesh...they would be illegal to use on the ramp.

To answer your questions....most of them
The track is made of #40 chain and the poor saps that had to cut the 180 pieces of tread as well as the 180 pieces of AL for each of the pads were myself and one other team member. The tread is 4 inches wide and it took was two 12 hour days to create our masterpiece. The belting we used is -- 60155K111 Wedge Top SBR Incline Conveyor Belting 3ply, .313" thick, 135# Piw tension, 4" wide -- from McMaster-Carr but I am not 100% sure. The going weight for one of the tracks is about 2.5lbs. Any more questions or did I forgot a question? Since everyone seems interested I have another pic I will post for your viewing pleasure.
