NEW! Excel spreadsheet for scouting uploaded

Although it is kind of late, I just uploaded an Excel spreadsheet (to the scouting section of the Whitepaper area) for scouting in the Championship event. It contains 4 worksheet, one for each division.

Features:
1 - Robot image browsing
2 - regional results (ranking and QP)
3 - robot scouting (rating system)
4 - sorting
5 - chart
