Record #1 Seed?
I have a question for everybody. What is the record for #1 seeds in a row. It has come up in discussions in my team and school on what that record would be. Our team (292) put up 3 #1 seeds in a row (Great Lakes, Midwest, and Newton Division). Honestly, this surprised even myself. We knew we built a strong bot, but didn't have any idea we would be this good.
I have to give props to my driver, Tyler. His skill helped us become what we are. I tell people this, "You can build an awesome robot, but if there is no one driving it, it will just sit there." |

Your quote is not true. If there is not a driver, the robot can operate autonomously. And Autonomy is awesome. With our robot it could go up faster unaided than our driver could make it go.
And I don't know the record for # of #1 seeds. |
