This is a notice to inform you of system maintenance that must be performed on the multi-tenant server your Virtual Private Server (VPS) resides on. _The reason for the maintenance is to upgrade the multi-tenant to the current version of the Ensim Physical Server package, version 3.1.5. _ This upgrade is essential to allow for the optimal support and performance of your VPS. _Although we make every effort to avoid any service interruption, a service outage will be necessary in order to complete the upgrade.

The maintenance window for the upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Mountain Time, (1200 - 1400 UTC/GMT, April 29).

In case a problem occurs and the upgrade cannot be completed in this primary maintenance window, a backup maintenance window has been scheduled. _The backup maintenance window is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Mountain Time, (1200 - 1400 UTC/GMT, May 1). _This window will only be used if the upgrade cannot be completed during the primary maintenance window. _

We strive to minimize downtime, however, you may experience up to 1 hour of downtime during one or both of these maintenance windows. _ We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your patience and understanding.
