The drill motor has a 15 tooth, Metric Module .7 gear.

There is only one distributor of these within the US (that I know of, does anyone know of more?)

Nope, they are the only source that I have found also.

I would recomend ordering a few in the off season since they take a minimum of two weeks to get and they aren't very expensive.

This year we used a 48 tooth to lower the drill down to the Atwood and it worked very well as far as power goes.

PIC is all I have ever found either. Stock Drive and Boston do supply metric gears, but not in the module used by the drill motor.

We used the first planetary stage from the drillo motor gearbox with our own custom output axle. This let us use "standard" parts from that point on.

Also, the first stage on this gearbox matches the output speed pretty well to the speed of the Chip.
