Gearbox / Transmission

Yep, last year our tranny was dispicable. We used rubber clutch pads and the stupid things slipped more than a monkey with bananna slippers. This year we want to use a mechanical locking system with two symetric raised plates bolted on to the two gears and the clutch piece so when pushed to one side the raised plates lock together. However, ive been runing into problems finding the right size gears. I checked out those sites somewhere else on here, not much help, really. Id like to see some other teams ideas for gearboxes etc.
