Scheduled Downtime.

VenturesOnline, the company that hosts our website, is moving data centers. They are (and have been) in the process of moving everybody from their old facility to the new facility. We will encounter a short period of downtime in the future, just wanted to let you all know:

12/20/2003 - 12:00AM - 6:00AM EST
(12/19/2003 - 9:00PM - 3:00AM PST)

To accommodate our rapid growth we are concluding steps to acquire a brand new state-of-the art facility. The new facility will add additional capacity for growth and also serve as the foundation for enhanced products and services .

Customers can be assured that we have made careful plans to engage the benefits of the new facility with minimal inconvenience to customers. Accordingly, customers will experience a window of downtime some time between December 2nd and December 22nd while we go live with the new facility. After that, the transition will be complete. There will be no other changes or impact to your services or systems.
