Vertical bar interaction
So -- I didn't immediately see anything regarding interaction with the vertical bars that support the horizontal "hanging" bar. Is there some rule in place that governs how or if we can use this bar? Can someone point me to it?
Thanks. |

Re: Vertical bar interaction
I think that you can do whatever you want to the sides. There are no rules against climbing that, but in order to be hanging, it must be attached to the top bar, and that bar only.

Re: Vertical bar interaction
If one doesn't attach to said bar, but leans against it, is that legal?

Re: Vertical bar interaction
If you follow Dean's guidelines for interperting the rules, then based on the definition of attach, "To fasten, secure, or join" or "To connect as an adjunct or associated condition or part", then leaning against the bar would be allowed.
