Exclamation Robot Controller Not Working !?!?!

HELP!!
We are a rookie team trying to get something working
The past week or so we have had two functioning test beds, one electronic, and one pneumatic. Just today we made great progress in programming and integrating the two test beds. We had everything working and had managed to even get autonomous running.
While hooking up more IO devices and reprogramming for new items we suddenly had the robot controller stop functioning. All it does when started up is show a green battery light and an orange programming light, as if we were downloading a program. Our team and our mentors have spent the past few hours trying to find the problem and have been completely unsuccessful.

Has anyone ever had a problem like this, if so what do we do?
Any suggestions?

Also:we are planning on contacting innovation first to get assistance.

Any help is appreciated

Wow, this is becoming a common problem quickly. Try the directions at IFI's FAQ site here. We had the exact same symptoms earlier in the week and the procedure listed at that site took care of it.

Re: Robot Controller Not Working !?!?!

We had a similar problem with the EduRobot controller. At "random" times, after downloading a new HEX file using IFI Loader, the error above would happen.

These are the steps we took:
1. Turn the controller on/off.
2. Check the program cable
3. Redownload the SAME hex file.
