Another I-sprocket bug?

I'm working with inventor 6 and I can't get the sprocket I want

10 teeth
5/8 bore
31/32 hub
3/16 key

It will not go in the assembly

If I want a 1/8 key, it will place but I won't be able to see it, and when I edit it from the part, visibility is on but the part is not there.

Thanks,
Daniel

Re: Another I-sprocket bug?

Also, I did not see any 12T #35 sprocket in the model. However, this is something commonly available. I downloaded the i-Sprocket like 11 days ago.

Re: Another I-sprocket bug?

Unfortunatly, There was a flurry of problems with i-sprocket within a short period of time. I posted a bug report a few days ago to report this. I think everything is fixed now. I've been using the current version for the past 4-5 days in our design without a problem.

I know this is confusing and I'll try to add some sort of version control and/or part history page in the future. For now it will have to wait until the off season.

Gotta help design & build our 'bot.

Re: Another I-sprocket bug?

I'm not sure what happened, but when I saved the assembly with the sprocket and opened it up on another computer, the sprockets were there. I'm still confused, but oh well, the base is done.

Thanks for all of your help Ed

-Daniel

Re: Another I-sprocket bug?

I'm not sure what's happening, but now this is back, but it is worse. We lost all but 5 of the sprockets in our assembly in the span of an hour. I downloaded the part again, and I got a 45 tooth working, but I can't get anything else. Not sure what happened, but we have invisible sprockets again.

I understand your time thing Ed. If you don't have time, it's okay.
