Can The Flexible Drive Shafts Be Shortened?
If not, can we buy shorter ones? Miles |

Re: Shorten The Flexible Drive Shafts?
I doubt you would be able to. I remeber my team tried to years ago and it did not work well. The flexible drive shafts are composed of lots and lots of tiny wires to make a flexible square shaft. They make it fairly hard to get a clean cut off of them.

Re: Shorten The Flexible Drive Shafts?
we pulled the black covering off of them one year then welded the end and, grinded it so that it would stay sqare, to the end that we cut to stop the wires from squiggling this way and that.
