Time is money
How much time do we have to bring our robot up to spec after the inspection? Also, how much time do we have between matches?

You will not play back-to-back matches...you can play in matches 3 and 5, but not 9 and 10. Each match is two minutes. BUT that does not mean you have a minimum of two minutes...your team will be called into the "On-Deck" area a bit before your match. There is really no set time between your matches, because you might play in matches 3, 5, 37, 40, 66, 74, 76, and 80. You can have almost no time to a long stretch. |

In the elims, you are guaranteed 4 mins, in the qualifications you are guaranteed that you won't have consecutive matches. This means that you will have at least 4 mins because of 1 minute of setup, 2 minutes of match, and 1 minute of takedown.
Your robot will generally be inspected on thursday, you have until your first real match (friday morning) to be completely up to spec. You do not have to pass inspection to have your practice rounds on thursday. |
