Deleted Reasons..

I've changed some permissions. Everybody will now see the remains of deleted messages. You don't see the original contents of the message, but you see that there was a message there along with the reason why it was deleted (from either the original user or a moderator).

This should help the moderators, in that they won't have to PM as many people when they delete posts.. they can just put the message in the 'Deleted Reason' field. And now you won't have to wonder as much why your post got deleted, if you didn't receive any PM or warning.
