How Segways Work

I went to the How Stuff Works site to research something and to my suprise, right on the front page there is a segway.

I haven't had time to read it yet, but I will put it on the list of things to do. Though I pretty much know how it works already, it would be nice to see what they say...and I'll probably learn more details exactly about its inner workings.
