By the end of the night, the most that we ended up stacking with this was eight on the center goal(all the tetras we had) and were also able to carry six tetras on the robot(all the normal tetras that we had).

we can carry one easily, whcih is all our tetras.... and just to top it off our goal went missing 2 days ago....

How does it carry it then?

That looks good, I am guessing that the black tubes that are X up the arm are pneumatics, Did you coil them your selves? If you did they look nice.
8 tetras is good amount to cap for this game and carrying 6 with out anything breaking is a good thing.

It carries a stack inverted on the robot. If you look at the picture and notice the blue foam, thats where we hold the tetras. Can't wait to get to competition and try and carry more then 6

The coils going up with the lift are actually electric cables running to a globe and window motor. We order a new single cable that has enough wires in it for both that was thrown in the crate with the robot since it didn't get here until tuesday.
