Cool Flow Switch question?

I am looking for a flow switch.

Must be able to operate at >125psi air at max flow >200 lpm.

Must be able to cycle 15-35 times a minute continuous use.

Must be small <2" dia <3" long.

Must be able to operate in any orientation.

Must have SPDT switching at 12vdc.

Would like a fail open.

I have looked at a Malema flow sensor that uses a magnetic read switch.
This is just the type of thing any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Flow Switch question?

This isn't a general engineering forum. This is a forum intended to support teams competing in the FIRST competition. We don't work with flow rates and pressures near what you're talking about, so you're less likely to find specific reccomendations, however there are a lot of experienced engineers around. You might find a good stepping stone to what you're looking for. That said, the best I can offer is a link to GlobalSpec

There you can find a list of pnematic valve suppliers, and if you register with them, you can filter the catalogs of some suppliers according to your needs.

EDIT: Come to think of it, you'd probably be best served by just calling SMC America at 1.800.SMC.SMC1
