Old versions folder
Hi
just ondering whether it is alright to delete the old versions folder for inventor, or whether it needs it? oljomo |

I've done it before and Inventor usually refuses to open the new documents. It probably uses the folder as a reference for the current assembly.

We upgraded from inventor 5 to 7 recently and some files could only be opened from that folder so it caused a bit of frustration (but then again our network is junk). Personally I wouldnt delete it, but as to wether it needs it im not sure. I am inclined to agree with DanielBCR though. It makes sense now that I think about it.
