Most Tetras in One Match
I decided to make a thread on this after Paul sounded so sure today that we have one of, if not the,
So whats the most number of tetras you've seen scored by one team in a single match, including autonomous? Our greatest is 8 tetras I beleive. Edit: I changed it to be clearer... I meant most tetras overall scored by a single team, not the highest stack on a single goal. Sorry bout that ![]() Last edited by JohnnyB : 13-03-2005 at 17:43. |

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
During the finals at GLR when the side center changed ownership constantly, there was about 4 from red and 4 from blue on it, it was quite impressive work from our alliance and 66's alliance. I think 4 is the highest on one goal from any single alliance though.

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
you should distinguish between a single "normal" goal or the taller, center goal.
![]() and yes, i'm curious as well, for both types of goals... although i have no idea what the highest in any match was, i've seen those tetras get stacked pretty high... |

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
1402 scored 12 at UCF - 3 stacks of 4. They may have done more but I saw them do this.
I think we scored 7 one match (was told 8 but I thought 7) plus knocked off the hanger. |

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
In qualifications at PNW, 997 scored a tetra in autonomous and knocked off the hanger. They then scored a stack of six and another of three. I believe this was their finest hour.

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
yeah I saw the 1402, three sets of four stacking. That was absolutely incredible. Swampthing you were also blazing fast. At Hartford, 230 another scissor lift/dumper design stacked a lot. They were pretty easy to defend against though. Their only flaw I suppose.

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
I'm fairly sure team 230 scored at least 9-12 tetras in one or more matches at UTC.

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
Yikes those are some crazy high numbers.
Have you seen any teams get 9+ tetras consistently from match to match, or is more of just a great match with everything going right? We get 6-7 consistently with 8 every now and then |

Uniterfered with, 230 could consistantly score 9+ 20 probably scored at least 6 or more on average, as did 173 and 69. 126 has a cool move where they grab two at once and do a double cap. They probably capped 6-8+ on average as well. |

our team gets at least 6 including knocking down one but at most we could do about 10-11 with our speed. (one at a time btw) I cant wait to see all these great robots in action at the Nationals! ~Nick Team 1027 |

Re: Most Tetras in One Match
I bet if 71 was not constantly playing against defense and driving to a distant goal for a row, they could score 16, plus 1 in autonomous. As it was, they were easily good for 9.
Quite a sight. |
