Seed Sum, good benchmark?

Just an idea, would the sum of the 3 teams' seed in the tournament be an interesting statistic?

I know that low seed isnt necessarily a gage of how well your doing, but its something

Something that I like, our (winning) alliance at the canadian regional had a seed sum of 63 (10+12+41)
