visually impared/disabled machine shop
I was poking around today and found this article about a machine shop in Washington state that is a major supplier to Boeing and the US government for machine parts, and nearly all the employees are visually disabled, deaf, or both! Adapting and advancing indeed! This is pretty inspiring.
