PlasmaCam Crash Course

With build approaching, I have realized that our school has a PlasmaCam table, fully operational, that noone on our team, or really, in our school, knows how to run properly. I would love to have this capability on hand for this year's build. Can anyone point me to a comprehensive tutorial/manual for the PlasmaCam table? I don't currently have access to ours. Speeds and feeds for the machine would be especially appreciated. We intend to cut aluminum mostly, with thicknesses from .1", to .375".

Also, what are the approximate capabilities of the machine? I know that I won't be cutting gears on it, but would a #35 aluminum sprocket be out of the question? Or maybe a press fit bearing plate?
