Yeah! Rule 43 was changed so that you can use the IFI panel exclusive of the KOP panels.

So are PDFs, but they are also portable and I can access them when the interweb is broke. I guess I'll just make them myself.

I've finally updated the rules inside of FIRSTsearch with the new update (sorry it took so long, I was away yesterday until late at night and I was pretty tired then), and I've also change the format of how the updates are added from last years format, I now have everything just loaded into the rules directly, and I have also finished the paging system for it. (Of course there are still the many other items that are still under development for it)
