COM port settings for CMUcam labview testing and programming

During testing today, we found out that the COM port needs a slower speed than the CMUcam in Labview. Labview required 115200 but the programming speed was fine at the default setting (9600) but wouldnt work at the Labview speed.

Remember that there are jumber settings on the CMUcam2 that allow you to change the baud rate that the camera will communicate. For the best performance, you want to run at 11500 (the fastest speed) which is set by removing all of the baud rate setting jumpers.
