Exclamation grab frame not responding

we cant seem to get the grab frame function working with our CMUCam. While in the demo, we press grab frame and nothing appears. :

Does the progress bar underneath move?
Are you using Labview or the Java app from last year?

Make sure your battery is freshly charged. The camera starts to act funny if the battery it's hooked up to gets too drained.

Please try the test release from 2006.01.25 here. Let me know what your results are so we can nail down this problem.

make sure your program is communicating with the camera and that the board lights up....both need to happen
