Yea it is rather heavy. We are planning to drill holes throughout the frame to decrease the weight. Even after it may be heavy. The bright side is, the material is extremely strong.

its not all that heavy. with the motor it comes to 18 lbs. The material, minitek is indestructable. its strength to weight ratio is incredible.
