Camera Not Responding To Code

We followed the instructions correctly, but for some reason the code is not getting uploaded to the camera. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

If the TTL Converter is fried, may this be the problem?

- check the devices on the MPLAB
- did u activate the camera in your code?
- if ttl is the problem, probly
