Paperwork

I saw that I am suppose to send a "paperwork" - so I have to know really fast what is it - is it the form I downloaded from streamline? should I fill it up and put it in my folder at the streamline program?
Please answer as soon as possible, thanks.

Re: Paperwork

I heard there due at 8:00 A.M. this morning, so you better hurry, get the program autodesk streamline 6 and upload the forms into your teams folder.

Re: Paperwork

You must upload 2 forms: the Entry Form and the Consent Form. Both are available as MS Word Docs on the Streamline site.

The consent form requires a signature so I suppose you'll have to scan in a printed copy.

Autodesk specifies an 8:00 am (Pacific Time), Feb 13 deadline for the animation & storyboard, but no specific time for today's paperwork deadline. So I guess we can assume it's midnight, Pacific time.
