Camera Confidence in the Portland Regional Pit Area

We encountered in interesting problem with the camera confidence value. The pit area at the Portland Regional appears to have lighting with lots of yellow and blue in it. With our target 5' away from the camera the max confidence value we saw was 14. When we took the robot to the practice area, which has the overhead lights off, the confidence value went up to 180.

So if you are having camera search problems in the pits watch out for those overhead lights.

We checked out the confidence value early in development and there seems to be a byte-value overflow in it. The confidence would increase as we got closer to the light and then drop to the teens suddently from just less than 250. YMMV
