Very nice. I love all the options and buttons. It would be great to see a closer up shot where one could read the labels
![]() How much does that thing weigh? I am guessing about... 45 pounds. Looks pretty killer (but not as bad as 179's folding crate box thing - 75+ and used for three years!). Make the freshmen carry it ![]() |

45 pounds?! It's actually only made of 3 flat pieces of 6061 sheet metal at 0.060" thickness (the 3rd is the flip up panel display-ish thingy) and the top piece and bottom piece. As for the spacing in between the pieces, we used wood! I think it's 0.75" x 1.5" x however long... haha but altogether i'd say at max 9lbs, it's probably 7-8... (I think last year's was around 15lbs cuz we had design problems... ).... at the moment I can't take another picture since i left it at a rookie's house (haha she gets to carry it to phoenix.. not me ) |
