That looks like the breckoflex tank tread.
After our treads snapped we attached that tread to our wheels. After a match or two, they were rubbed smooth. Is that the same tread? Did you have the same problem?

It would appear to be roughtop conveyor belting--available from McMaster-Carr.

It would be quite expensive to buy treads from Brecoflex, only to cut them up into strips to use on wheels.

The tread used is the Blue Roughtop available at McMaster. It has not worn down, and what you see is it after two competitions.
