I don't see FIRST listed on the "tetra of needs"! I'd say it's in levels 3 thru 5 for me.

That made me laugh, quite a bit, we just talked about that is class but we didn't have a picture like that so It didn't occur to me.

That is so creative... and funny. I studied Mazlow this summer in my marketing class but never put two and two together to relate it to FIRST and the tetra.
