56mm BaneBot Gearbox 15tooth sprockets. Where to buy more?

Hi guys. Where can we buy more of the 15tooth sprockets that came in the KOP that go on the gearbox?

P.S. http://www.usfirst.org/uploadedFiles...klist_RevB.pdf

I don't think the bore of the sprocket is 1/5" but that's beside the point

My above question still stands.

THANKS

Vova

Re: 56mm BaneBot Gearbox 15tooth sprockets. Where to buy more?

I beilive they are 1/2" bore, 1/8" key sprockets. So you should be able to get them from alot of places like McMaster http://mcmaster.com

Re: 56mm BaneBot Gearbox 15tooth sprockets. Where to buy more?

McMaster doesn't sell them with the 1/8" keyway, so you'll have to broach your own. Small Parts sells #35 sprockets with a keyway, but they don't sell a 15 tooth. I haven't looked, but you can try the old standbys... Martin Gear, Boston Gear, Stock Drive Products, etc...

http://www.robotmarketplace.com/mark...sprockets.html

They've got 10-18t sprockets with a 1/2" bore and 1/8" keyway. I believe they have set screws too, I'll see when my order comes in next week.

Already mentioned here:

I strongly suggest you find the Grainger store nearest you and set up an account with them. If it's nearby, you can even place the order online and pick it up at their store.
