Drivetrain Kit

I was looking through my drivetrain bag, attempting to assemble my wheels while watching the Chassis Assembly video. In the video, they say to put the screws in the sprocket and press it in with an allen(sp?) wrench.

I didn't find any screws in my kit...Well, none that fit in the wheels anyway. Is there something I'm missing?

Re: Drivetrain Kit

As I was watching the Chassis Build video, it says to insert "the screws"...I'm not sure what screws they are talking about. They make it seem as though the screws come in the kit, but the only screws that are provided are either for the chassis itself, or for the air compressor support plate...thing. Nothing long enough to fit in the sprocket and wheels.

Re: Drivetrain Kit

We figured it out ourselves, and we used an 8-32, and it seems to work fine...

Re: Drivetrain Kit

Hey everyone... We recieved the EDU-Bot Kit 3 years ago (2004 season) and we are trying to find replacement parts. We need more of the medium sized(approx 3") foam wheels. Let me know if you know where we can find them. Thank you.

Re: Drivetrain Kit

The chassis construction video is here, at the bottom of the page. Additional info can be found here, via the links under the introduction.

Between these two pages, you should have that chassis built in no time!

Re: Drivetrain Kit

And what about the new gearboxes? It's easy to be assembled?

I'm from Brazil, and the KOP only arrived this week.
