Dashboard .ini file, configuration

Is there a specification for the .ini file that is associated with the Dashboard program? In particular, the Dashboard shows a number of User Bytes available for display, as well as LEDs. While the specification document on the Dashboard details the protocol between OI and RC allowing peoplee to write their own Dashboard, is there a specification or description of how the existing one might be used? Is the Labview code available and might that help with this?

The User Bytes and LEDs are set in the Default_Routine in user_routines.c, if I recall correctly. The LED's correspond to those on the Operator Interface.
