where are the rgb values for the camera located? for some reason our camera can't track a green light

You'll find them in camera.h. But before you go fiddling with them, make sure your camera lens is focused and the target light is bright enough. The cold cathode tubes should be mounted in a reflective box with the white plastic diffuser panel over them, and they need enough current to work at full intensity.

The LabView camera application can be very helpful both in focusing the camera and in making sure the target light is operating properly. Set the parameters on the right part of the screen to match the defaults in the camera.h file, capture a frame from the camera, and make sure you can see the light as a well-defined dark blue region in a medium purple background.
