It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Ship Day

It's beginning to look a lot like ship day,
everywhere you go,
take a look in the metal shop,
they're making parts without stop,
my friend, you see,
it's not just me,
who's nuts!

All the kids are huddled around the robot,
working without sleep,
hands are all flying everywhere,
desperation is in the air,
but they won't give up without a fight!

If you think that they all are brainless,
well, you might be right,
but just when you think they're sunk,
they'll hit grand slam-dunk,
and see you in the Georgia Dome!

Oh gosh do I know that feeling! About halfway through 5th week I think probably every team in the world gets a nice sinking feeling, when every programmer in the world realizes the time for overnighters has come...

This week will be...interesting. Sixth week always is.
