JVN looks kinda mad. I don't like the way he's holding that wrench. Maybe he's looking at Cody for posting this.

Kinda looks like they're all getting ready for a geek rumble with a rival mentor "gang"......*starts snapping fingers rhythmically*

By the way, this is a really cool drawing. I wonder what other FIRST mentors would look like caricaturized? (hint)
