Medals?

In section 3.10 it says that all teams that did not recive an award will get a box of 25 bronze medals. If we can't pick them up, we can get an order form to get them. FIRST will provide them for free but teams will have to cover shipping.
My team did not get them and when our mentor checked the order form, it says we have to pay for the medals.
Anyone know who we can talk to or what we can do to get the 25 free medals that FIRST said they would give us? Thanks.

You should have received them at your first event. (I'm not sure what the story is if you received other medals at that event.) Contact FIRST if they weren't picked up--you can still get them, you're just paying to ship them.
