Hmmm...I wonder what kind of game could be developed to try and use a rudimentary form of that kind of autonomous programming...not necessarily an FRC game, just a challenge for the off-season.
That's really interesting, I'll have to remember to pass it on to our programming team. |

This seems like a more complex Genetic Algorithm approach to navigation. The problem with GA's is that you had to define the histories and future conditions through a "fitness function" and alot of times in the unknown it's hard to figure that function out.
