[FTC]: FTC kickoff events

If you are holding an FTC kickoff event, post it here!

Connecticut- Past, Present and Future teams are invited to a kickoff event at Maloney High School, Meriden, CT on Sunday, September 23, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. until noon, hosted by FTC team 10, The Vexperts. We hope you will take this opportunity to network with other teams, ask questions about the FTC program or this year's game challenge, and view the playing field. We encourage you to bring your robots from last year to play on the field or if new to FTC, bring your Vex Robotics Design System kit and we can explain the basics for you. Light refreshments will be available for purchase.

A big thank you from the FTC CT Planning Committee to FRC 228 Gus/FTC 10 The Vexperts for hosting the FTC kickoff event today, and to FRC 177 Bobcats for assisting with the manufacture of our playing field pieces... It was great to meet with potential team leaders, a rookie team and the veterans who attended. Best of luck to everyone this season!
